What Happens If My Application Is Not Approved?

Rest assured, we have a fair and considerate policy in place. If your application does not get approved, you will receive a refund of $150.00. A small fee of $49.00 covers our transportation and technician’s time, which is non-refundable.

Why Might My Application Be Denied?

There are a couple of scenarios, such as an active leak that requires a plumber’s attention or significant mold issues needing remediation. But don't worry, we're here to guide you through solutions that can turn things around.

Solving Common Issues:

Dealing with Active Leaks: If you can get a plumber on the same day and start the drying process immediately, we can still green-light your application.Addressing High Moisture Areas: Even if we detect significant moisture, starting a dry-out process promptly can lead to application approval.

What is the purpose of the Care Program Inspection?

The inspection is designed to assess your home’s current condition, ensuring it meets the standards for our Care Program. This helps us tailor our services to your specific needs. as long as the home is dry the application will be approved

What if my home is dry but there are stains of pre existing damage?

As long as your home is dry there will be no problems approving your home for the care program

How long does the inspection take and what does it involve?

The inspection typically takes less than 30 minutes. It includes a moisture check of your home using advanced tools and a 360-degree mapping to prepare for any future water incidents.

Is the inspection fee refundable?

If your application is not approved, a partial refund of $150 is issued. The remaining $49 covers transportation and technician time.

If Water Damage is Found In My Home at The Time Of Inspection Can I Use My Yearly Token To Address The Issue?

Yes! If At The Time Of Inspection Our Technician Finds A Water Related Problem You Can Redeem Your Plans Feature On The Spot Of The Plan You Choose. We Do all We Can To Approve You And Cover Your Home, With Restorations Of America Your In Worm Hands!

What happens if the technician finds a problem during the inspection?

If issues like leaks or mold are found, we’ll advise you on the next steps. Addressing these issues promptly may still qualify you for the Care Program.

Do I need to prepare anything before the technician's visit?

No special preparation is needed. Our technicians use non-invasive tools that don’t require moving furniture or altering your space.

Can I reschedule the inspection appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule. Please contact us at least 12 hours in advance to arrange a new appointment time.

What if I have an active leak or mold issue at the time of inspection?

Active leaks or severe mold issues need to be addressed before approval. We can guide you on remediation steps to meet the program criteria.

How soon after the inspection can I start using the Care Program services?

Once your application is approved, and the inspection is successful, you can start using the Care Program services immediately. You Will Receive A Email Right After The Inspection With Instructions To Join The Care Program!

What does the 360-degree mapping of my home entail?

This process involves creating a comprehensive visual map of your home, which helps us respond more effectively to any future incidents.

If I'm not approved, can I reapply for the Care Program later?

Absolutely. We encourage you to address any issues identified during the inspection and reapply. Our team is here to assist you through the process.

Is the inspection invasive? Will it cause any disruption to my home?

The inspection is non-invasive and will not disrupt your home. Our technicians use advanced equipment to assess moisture levels without causing any disturbance.

What qualifications do the technicians have for conducting the inspection?

Our technicians are highly trained and experienced in home inspection and restoration. They are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to conduct thorough assessments.

How does the 360-degree mapping help in future water incidents?

The mapping provides a detailed layout of your home, allowing us to plan and execute restoration services more effectively in case of any water incidents.

If I have multiple properties, do I need separate inspections for each?

Yes, each property requires its own inspection to ensure specific needs and conditions are addressed appropriately.

How do I know if my home is a good fit for the Care Program?

The inspection will determine this. We assess each home’s condition and provide recommendations

What happens after the inspection? How soon will I know the results?

You will receive the results of the inspection after its completion, along with guidance on the next steps to enroll in the Care Program.

Are there any additional costs after the initial inspection fee?

The initial inspection fee covers the assessment. Any further costs depend on the Care Program plan you choose and any additional services required.

What if I need immediate assistance before the inspection is scheduled?
